The guests are treated very well. Desk staff are helpful and courteous during an extremely busy time. All employees are willing to help find what you need from a simple drink to what's available to see and do in the area from the desk help to security guards to maintenance. The rooms are well maintained and comfortable. It's a great place to stay.
If it's slot machines you like, this is the place for you. 2 card tables and one roulette wheel. That's about it. Hotel is very out dated (80's decor), and hotel room is the same. In this day in age it'd be nice to see some technology. A 13" box television with 10 local channels isn't what I had hoped for. At least the room was clean though. Winfield restaurant is elegant and food is amazing. Bartenders were very nice and made the night enjoyable. Your $1 breakfast is a joke. Allow a few in while the rest wait conveniently beside more slot machines. There's a massive open area by the pool tables. Why not utilize that area? Oh that's right it's a casino. While I might be back to gamble, I will not be back to stay.
The room we stayed in was so old and out dated I couldn't believe the prices they charge. The beds were rock hard and pillows a joke. In the lobby they had a sign listing the winnings given out in the past day, week & month. All I could think was 2.4million in a short period given away means they are taking in waaaaay more than that. My point being someone should be ashamed to not update their incredibly poor accommodations. I had the misfortune of leaving 2 rather expensive items behind after checkout. The staff was incredibly helpful in locating them and offering to ship them to my home in MN. Hence the 2nd star. Also my Auntie won $800 playing Keno so who can really complain?!?
Clean comfortable room, nice casino, friendly staff, valet parking. Very nice weekend! Try the Bloody Mary
Update: after they said they would ship my items & took my credit card for shipping they didn't arrive. So i called back and was told they never had my items and i was out of luck. They would do NOTHING for me!!
Compared to Wind River in Riverton this place is HISTORIC but well maintained. Older lady at front desk at check in was a bit snippy but attitude improved over stay of 3 nights. Restaurant for free breakfast as really tasty food. Woild stay here again even though floor plan is confusing.
